Annual maintenace fee:
- The annual maintenace fee is HKD$4,500(USD$580). It includes Governement
annual registering fee, registered office fee and agency fee.

- Bank may request for a Certificate of Incumbency or a Certificate of Good
Standing from the company, which want to open account. We could provide such
document upon request. The cost for each document is HKD$1,500. ($500
discount will be given if subscribe together with company setup)
